SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69(RES) "An Act relating to                                            
regulation of shallow natural gas leasing and closely related energy                                
projects; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time.

consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it
